Ame Girouard, Founder and CEO of Compass Rose Leisure® Travel Agency, recently attended the Wanderlust Campus Wander Beyond Retreat. The retreat was held October 1–3, 2025, at Disney’s Contemporary Resort in Orlando, Florida where the agency proudly received the 2025 Super Star Sales Award.
The Wander Beyond Retreat is the premier education event for travel advisors and agency owners, bringing together professionals from across the country for a time of connection, inspiration, and business growth. The retreat featured keynote sessions from industry leaders, including Wanderlust Campus CEO Cyndi Williams and Director of Marketing Kelli Hayes Smith, along with hands-on workshops focused on innovation and leadership in the travel industry.
